She worked at the University Hospital of the Education Medical Center and Clinical Research (CEMIC) for 20 years and collaborated with training groups for endurance and ultra-endurance sports. Several of her research papers have received national and international awards. She is the author of Fundamentals of Nutrition in Sport, and Food and Sport.
Viviana Langer has a degree in Nutrition from the University of Buenos Aires, where she has been teaching since 1996. She is also a professor at the University of Business and Social Sciences, and the Favaloro University. She coordinates workshops for nutritionists throughout Latin America and advises food companies on nutrition since 2004. She received awards for her participation in multiple research papers.
